Soak them in nail polish remover. It will take awhile for the nails to come off and it will hurt. The best way is to take your brother to a nail salon and have them take the fake nails off. Soak them in hot water. This loosens up the glue and makes it easier to pop off. Also, try going to a nail salon for professional help.
soak them in nailpolish remover this will loosen them up, then after awhile he can just peel them off.





p.s. i am sure there is an explanation for the nails, correct? lol
Oh that was mean, you'll have to use pure acetone to get those off and it may hurt his nail bed a little
