looking good is high maintenance.. sad to say... but u can stay away from water, for example, use gloves for washing dishes or clothes... be very care when shopping or doing household chores...
there isnt any formula for ensuring great nails except... be aware of what you do with your hands!
you have to be careful and never play around with people because thats a sure way to break them be careful when doing anything like getting out the car cus my sis broke her nail in the door and dont lift too many things
