not those professional ones but those that we


just glue them on our real nails

yes they do. especially gel nails, where they polish your real nails to make them a lot thinner. paper thin. but they look good, so i still get them, haha.Can fake nails harm your real nails?

Yes they usually do, but silk wraps don't harm your nails as much,

Please, please don't try them. I used them when I was younger and they just destroy the nails and make them weak. Even these very expensive gel extensions which claim to let your own nail grow and breathe do damage which long term will stunt your nail growth. If you are desperate for your nails to grow add a protein supplement to your diet and gelatine primrose capsules of some sort, eventually you will get there. These nails often look as they are described ';false'; and if one falls off on a night out it looks real tacky.
