Cut the nails down to the length of your real nail, then soak in an acetone nail polish remover. This will weaken the bond of the nail. It takes about 5-10 minutes. You can purchase the nail polish remover in the jar and that is a little easier to work with than pouring it into a bowl.
Use the nail polish remover with ACETONE. Its easier if you put some in a bowl and soak your fingers. First try cutting the nails down if they are long. What the Acetone does is loosens and melts. It will also help in removing the glue on your fingers.



Just rip them off. Do it slowly and you'll be fine. When they're off, go over your nails with a nail filer. It'll smooth them and get rid of the glue.
