I glued fake nails on with super glue, will they come off?

i thought it was a good idea at the time and now im wondering if they will come off!! how will i get them off! has any1 else done thisI glued fake nails on with super glue, will they come off?
You can remove them a lot easier than you think. You are just defeating the glue and not the acrylic.

the fun way: Go to a pool that usually has a higher level of chlorine than a home pool would have. A water park, pool at a health club etc. Go swimming about 20 min. the nails will be just about off if they have not floated away without you even noticing. Something about the nature of chlorine makes nails come off lickidy split.

The not-so-fun but somewhat effective way: For about 20 min soak your hand in steamy water with about 1/4 cup of a good penetrating cleaner like Simply Green. Or until and end lifts. Dry your hands. Use an orange wood stick or a plastic one to gently pry up the lifted end caused by soaking. Use a nail brush or an eye dropper to feed acetone under the nail. Gently prying as you go. With a little work, they should pop right off. If not. Soak in acetone for 20 min after the steamy water.I glued fake nails on with super glue, will they come off?
they will come off eventually, but not easily, you might call the beauty shop and ask them how to handle this situation
where was your babysitter!?!?!? LOL...just kidding. soaking your nails in nail polish remover with acetone might help, but it will take some time. and just let them fall off when they do. GOOD LUCK,lissette
yes they will. to help get them off you might want to soak them in a acetone nail polish remover for a really long time and it will loosen the hold or they will fall off. However you will have dried glue stuck on your nails and it s going to take a while before they will get back into a healthy state.
yes
yes,I think it will come off but it may take some period
NO I STIL HAV MAI NAILZ ON FROM MY WEDDIN 50 YERZ AGO HUNNI~!
you will neither a: grow them out, or wash them out.

since its super glue it won't come out.
yeah, they will...but it's gonna need some serious yanking and that will hurt. don't do stupid things next time.
In a week or so the glue will harden enough that it will not be sticky enough to stick on your nail anymore.
sorry, but why why why why why did you do that? that's why they call the glue ';SUPER glue';. it sticks on really really well. anyway, i think that they will come off after weeks though but you have to keep on washing your nails a lot.here is a link i found on how to remove super glue:

you do need to wash your nails a lot with warm soapy water. hope that helps. don't do this next time. good luck!
Oh honey, I feel so bad for you. Honest mistake, but I'm afraid you're stuck with them for awhile. I hope you did a good job...

Just trim them back as needed and be patient and soon enough you'll be good as new. If by chance you work in an establishment where you do 'lots' of dishes the process might not take as long. Otherwise, like I said just be patient. Just repaint and take care of them like they're your real ones until they grow out enough to start over..

Good luck ! ! !
yes, simply trim the nails down and soak your hands in acetone (from a beauty supply store) and they should soak off in approximately 1 hr
yes, in time...
I have seen people did it before. don't worry you'll get it out soon. but don't you think that it will be better if you use something else?
