probably depends on where you live (take plastic city CA for example..) and the motivation behind the boob job.





if it's due to a lack of self-confidence, sure, these women probably do all that ';fake'; stuff.





if the woman happened to have her left breast chopped off due to cancer and then opted for implants, I wouldn't think it fair to accuse her of being ';fake'; .. even if she does happen to like fake nails.





sure, sure, anyone willing to put up with fake nails or pay for implants is indeed a little vain.. but who isn't, right?

it usually has something to do with lack of self esteem and once you fall into one dimension of ';fake';, it's hard to avoid the others.

they must be lacking self confidence to get boob jobs, so they will probably try whatever they can to look good...fake boobs, fake nails, fake tan, fake hair colour..ect ect
cuz they can afford them. but there are plent of women that dont have implants and wear fake nails and some women with implants that dont have fake nails.
i live in like plastic city southern Ca and most of the girls with implants do have fake nails, tans and hair extension stuff.
